Return & Exchange Policy

How much of the proceeds go to charity?
We dedicate 10% of net profits to charity.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, our systems do not have the capacity to cancel or edit orders once they have been completed. However, if you find that you have made a mistake with your order we do accept returns for a refund. We also accept exchanges for different sizes and styles of equal value within 21 days of the delivery date. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

What is your return policy?
If the item is defective or does not fit properly, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 21 days of the delivery date. Please email [email protected] for exchanges and include "return" and your order number in the subject line.

Once we receive the return we will send out the desired item or refund your account as soon as possible. Before sending your return, please contact [email protected] with your order number and what you would like to exchange for. Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?
Yes, we will be releasing new short sleeve t-shirt designs, long sleeves, children's sizes, hats, and more in the near future!

Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the U.S. only (Including Hawaii & Alaska). We hope to implement worldwide shipping early next year!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, if the item is in stock, there will be up to a 3 day processing period followed by a 1-3 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to receive your items.

I ordered multiple items, but only received part of my order? What's going on?
Sometimes when there is more than one product in an order we will ship the items separately. We want you to be able to enjoy your BLR products as quickly as possible so we send portions of your order out as they become available. Rest assured we will send the missing part of your order as soon as the item is restocked.

May I get a tracking number?
Yes of course! All orders include tracking. It will be sent to the email that you provided to us on the day that your order is shipped out. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! :) You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!

Will my card be charged when I order?
All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
